Passenger In Vehicle Stopped On I-95 Caught With Crack, Gives Officer Fake Name, Police Say

A 45-year-old Fairfield County woman who was a passenger in a car stopped for a routine traffic violation ended up in handcuffs after drugs were found, police said.

Natasha Randolph of Bridgeport was charged around 3 a.m. Sunday when Milford officers stopped the vehicle on I-95 near the on-ramp of Exit 34.

During the stop, Randolph was found in possession of suspected crack cocaine, according to Milford Police.

She was also charged with interfering with an arrest after giving police a fake name, the arrest report said.

She was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 30.
